More likely this goes in a Cleric deck which have a larger number of life gain and drain synergies Rune of Sustenance Okay the runes are cantrips but I'm really disappointed they don't get some synergy from other runes, in my head runes are still keyed up like Diablo so if I get 2 runes I should get some double effect
